Yes! Your registration includes three months of access to recordings for all sessions, so you won’t miss out on any of the concurrent sessions. Participants will receive a link to access the recordings within two weeks of the event.

Are group discounts available?

Do you have any resources to help me request funding from my school or district to attend this event?

Yes! We provide a Justification Letter template and tips to help you request professional development funds to attend this event. Simply make a copy, adjust it to fit your needs, and share it with your administrator or supervisor.

Does this event offer CEUs?

Currently, Hatching Results does not offer CEUs for virtual events. However, we can provide a Certificate of Participation upon request, which can be submitted to your district or state to verify your attendance hours. Please complete the post-event form to request your certificate. Note that Hatching Results is not affiliated with the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) or other accrediting agencies, so we recommend checking with your state licensing board to confirm eligibility for professional development credits.

What is the event cancellation policy?

All registrations are binding, and you are responsible for the cost, whether paying by purchase order or credit card. Because this virtual conference includes access to recorded sessions for three months, no refunds are available. However, registrations are transferable.
