President, Hatching Results

Danielle is passionate about supporting students’ academic success, college and career readiness, and social-emotional development while using data to show the impact of school counseling programs.

Meet Danielle Duarte, Ed.L.D.

"Much of my passion to positively impact students’ educational experiences comes from my own life story of being adopted as an infant. Had I not been adopted, I would have grown up in a low-income, single parent home not speaking English.

Data unfortunately tells us that the chances I would have earned a bachelor’s degree, much less a doctorate from Harvard, would have been extremely unlikely. I passionately work to create systems change within education so that a student’s demography does not become their destiny."
