District-level leaders (directors, coordinators, COSAs), county leaders, state leaders.
The DLC is designed for leaders who are in a position to influence decision-making related to policies, procedures, and school counseling practices across their district, county, or state.

You’ll be asked to briefly describe your leadership role and how your work aligns with the cohort’s focus on systemic improvement in school counseling. Applications are reviewed to ensure participants are positioned to lead meaningful, system-level change.

Yes, if mulitple people from your district are interested in joining the DLC, they are welcome to apply and register separately. Each DLC registration includes 1 spot.

Yes! During the checkout process, just select “Pay by Purchase Order” as your payment method. This will generate an invoice and provide instructions for submitting your PO.

Yes! All sessions are hosted live via Zoom and recordings will be available to participants for three months after the cohort concludes.

If you need to cancel your registration, you may be eligible for a refund depending on when the cancellation request is submitted.
Fall 2025 Cohort:
By August 29, 2025: Full refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee
After August 29, 2025: No refunds will be issued
Spring 2026 Cohort:
By January 2, 2026: Full refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee
After January 2, 2026: No refunds will be issued
All deadlines refer to 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the dates listed.
Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or for attendees who are unable to participate for any reason after the event begins.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If payment was made by purchase order and the invoice has already been paid, a refund check will be mailed. If payment has not been received, an updated invoice will be sent reflecting the cancellation fee(s).
If your registration was submitted using a purchase order, you are still responsible for paying any applicable cancellation fees based on the timeline above.
Note: DLC+ upgrade fees are non-refundable once processed. However, DLC+ registrations may be transferred to another attendee by the applicable cohort transfer deadline (September 5, 2025 for Fall or January 16, 2026 for Spring).

Fall 2025 Cohort: September 5, 2025
Spring 2026 Cohort: January 16, 2026
If you are registered for the Fall 2025 or Spring 2026 cohort and wish to transfer to the other semester, you may do so by September 5, 2025, if space is available.
All deadlines refer to 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the dates listed.
No transfers will be permitted within one week of the cohort start date, in order to preserve the integrity of the group experience.
