District Leadership Cohort new offering!

August 2024 - June 2025

Join an online community of school counseling leaders committed to establishing districtwide systems, examining policies, and engaging in strategic planning to expand comprehensive school counseling programs that empower students to thrive. Through collaborative workshops, expert-led training, and peer-to-peer support, this cohort equips you with the tools, strategies, and insights needed to lead with impact. Engage in a total of 9 virtual sessions ranging from August 2024 to June 2025. Whether you're a seasoned leader or new to the role, this cohort offers invaluable opportunities for growth, networking, and making a lasting difference in your district’s school counseling program.

Cost: $2,500 — includes registration for up to 3 attendees from the same district or organization.

USE OF DATA IN SCHOOL COUNSELING INSTITUTES OUR SIGNATURE EVENT

Offered 3 times throughout the 2024-2025 school year: September 2024, November 2024, April 2025

During Hatching Results’ virtual Use of Data in School Counseling Institute, we’ll provide school counselors with new ways of moving from reactive to proactive service delivery and from random acts of guidance to intentional school counseling. By using data to determine what all students deserve to receive and when some students need more, participants will learn effective ways to hold themselves accountable and advocate for systems change while providing a multi-tiered, multi-domain system of supports for ALL students.

Cost: $125 per participant or $100 per graduate student

 

Use of Data in School Counseling: 7-Part Workshop Series 2024-2025 BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND!

September 2024 - May 2025

These half-day learning experiences will take participants on a deep dive into specific components of a data-driven school counseling program. This learning experience will cover the same content as our one-day Use of Data in School Counseling Institute but at a slower pace and with a deeper dive. Participants will have time to create tangible work products to put into practice right away. Attend all 7 workshops in the series or select those that meet specific learning needs. 

Cost: $99 per participant per workshop or $625 to bundle all 7 workshops!







 

New School Counselor Institute 2024 BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND!

CLOSING THE GAP: AN ACTION RESEARCH COHORT NEW OFFERING!

An action research cohort consisting of five 1-hour webinars that guide you through the practical completion of a data project so you can share results during National School Counseling Week!

Cost: $125 per participant for the full series or $100 per graduate student

 

ADVANCING EQUITY CONFERENCE FOR SCHOOL COUNSELORS NEW OFFERING!

This conference is designed to empower school counselors with the knowledge, skills, and resources to advance equity in their buildings.
