Purpose of this CONFERENCE

The goal of this unique conference is to address a critical gap in professional learning for administrators and other leaders who oversee school counseling programs at the school, district, region, and state levels. Ultimately, we seek to empower and equip decision-makers to hire, mentor, lead, evaluate, and support school counselors such that measurable student outcomes are at the core of all school counseling programs nationwide.

It’s important that practicing school counselors who wish to attend this conference are aware that breakout sessions and keynotes will be geared toward leadership and systems more so than school counseling practice. CANCELLATION POLICY

Your online registration is binding and you are responsible for the cost, whether paying by purchase order or credit card. If you no longer wish to attend, you must cancel or transfer your registration prior to the start of the conference. Requests for cancellation or transfer must be submitted in writing to admin@hatchingresults.com. Any refund requests before February 18, 2025, will receive the full amount minus a $50 processing fee. After February 18, 2025, until the start of the conference, you will receive a 50% refund. Refunds will not be issued after the start of the conference. To submit a one-time registration transfer request, contact admin@hatchingresults.com by February 24, 2025.

Paradise Point Guest Room Reservations

Set amidst lush gardens, Paradise Point has limited Garden Lanai guest rooms of single or double occupancy available at the discounted rate of $256 (plus applicable taxes and tourism fees) per night if reserved by Monday, January 27, 2025, at 11:59PM PT. Click here to book your reservation online via passkey or call the Reservations department at (855) 463-3361 and reference the “2025 National School Counseling Leadership Conference” room block to book your reservation by phone. Reservations after January 27, 2025, will be accommodated on a rate and space availability basis only. Hotel guests can cancel a reservation with no penalty up to 72 hours prior to check-in. Contact a hotel agent directly at (855) 463-3361 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8AM and 6PM PST with questions.

For rooms that are pre-paid in advance, Paradise Point will hold a card for the nightly incidental fee of $100 per night. Upon departure, the authorization will be released and it can take the banks 5 – 7 business days to release the funds back to your account. If you choose to not put down a card for the incidental fee, you will not be able to charge to your room. You will need to pay with either cash or card at any of Paradise Point’s Food & Beverages operations, the Spa, the Island Market, and their recreational activities.

These rates do not include the reduced overnight parking fee of $10 per car, per night (daily parking is complimentary). There is an additional per-person charge of $20.00 per night for each adult over two (2) per room. Guest rooms have a maximum occupancy of four (4) adults per room.

The typical Guest Amenity fee (valued at $36 per room, per night) has been waived for NSCLC 2025 attendees! This means attendees will have complimentary access to high-speed wireless and hard-wired Internet access in guest rooms and free local and domestic phone calls, in addition to unlimited access to:
