Progress Monitoring: Do What Works, Drop What Doesn’t

📅 November 10, 2026 | 8:30 am – 10:00 am PT

💲 Standard Registration: $49

Student support teams don’t have time for interventions that don’t work—and students shouldn’t have to experience them.

This Virtual Workshop brings key strategies from our full-day training into a focused, two-hour experience centered on one essential question: Is it working? We’ll focus on how to build tight, efficient progress monitoring cycles that go beyond checking boxes and actually drive decisions.

You’ll learn how to define success, track both student response and implementation fidelity, and use data in real time to adjust supports. The goal isn’t just to collect data—it’s to use it with confidence so teams can act quickly and effectively.

Building MTSS for College & Career Readiness

📅 November 17, 2026 | 8:30 am – 10:30 am PT

💲 Standard Registration: $49

We all want students to graduate with real options—but too often, access to those opportunities isn’t consistent across schools, grade levels, or student groups. Building a strong, equitable K–12 college and career readiness system doesn’t happen by chance…it happens by design—and it starts with data.

This Virtual Workshop brings key insights and high-impact strategies from our full-day training into a focused, two-hour experience. We’ll explore how to use data to actually see what’s happening for students, uncover opportunity gaps, and make more intentional decisions about how supports are designed across a tiered system.

You’ll get a practical look at what it takes to build a more coherent, equitable approach to postsecondary readiness—one that ensures all students, not just some, have access to meaningful opportunities after graduation.

Designing Schools That Work for Neurodivergent Students

📅 January 15, 2027 | 8:30 am – 10:30 am PT

💲 Standard Registration: $49

What if we stopped focusing on “fixing” neurodivergent students and started designing schools that actually work for them?

This Virtual Workshop brings key insights and high-impact strategies from our full-day training into a focused, two-hour experience. You’ll get a meaningful look at what it really takes to recognize, understand, and leverage the strengths of neurodivergent students without the overwhelm.

Led by a nationally recognized school counseling leader who is both neurodivergent and a parent of neurodivergent children, this workshop is grounded in lived experience and professional expertise. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, what’s working, and where there’s opportunity to do better.

You’ll walk away with ideas you can start using right away—and a clearer vision for what’s possible when schools move beyond accommodation to truly inclusive design.

CYBHI…Oh My! From What the Heck? to What’s Next?

📅 December 9, 2026 | 12:00 - 1:00 pm PT

💲 FREE

🤝 Hosted by Hatching Results

California’s Children and Youth Behavioral Health Initiative (CYBHI) has been in effect for five years, yet many school counselors and administrators still have questions. What is it, really? How do we implement it? And what should the school counselor’s role be?

In this free webinar, we’ll clarify what CYBHI is, and what it isn’t. CYBHI aims to provide equitable, preventive mental health and substance use support for all youth ages 0–25, where they live, learn, and play. Its purpose is not to redefine the school counselor role, or any other role, around reimbursement. You’ll hear from leaders who are doing this work right now and explore how districts can align with CYBHI while staying focused on their core mission.

We won’t cover everything, but we’ve saved time for live Q&A. You’ll leave better prepared to make informed decisions for your students and your district.

Designed for school counselors, school and district administrators, and student support leaders in California.
