Yes! Virtual event registration includes 3 months of access to the event recording unless otherwise specified. Participants will receive a link to access the recording within two weeks of the event.

Yes! We offer multiple group discounts depending on the size of your group. For groups of 8-39, we offer a 10% discount. For groups of 40-74, we offer a 20% discount. For groups of 75+, we offer a 30% discount. If you elect to pay by purchase order, the purchase order must be submitted to Hatching Results at least two business days prior to the event date in order to ensure your ability to attend. Submit purchase orders by email to admin@hatchingresults.com or by fax to (888) 317-7602. Registrations submitted using the purchase order payment option without a valid purchase order on file prior to the event are subject to cancellation.

Your online registration is binding and you are responsible for the cost, whether paying by purchase order or credit card. Unlike in-person conferences, our virtual events are curated and session recordings will remain accessible to paid registrants for three months. Accordingly, there will be no refunds. However, registrations are transferable. To submit a one-time registration transfer request in writing, contact admin@hatchingresults.com.

Some registrations to our virtual events include an e-book. If you are having trouble accessing your e-book or have questions please reach out to admin@hatchingresults.com.

Your point of contact at the district office will receive a voucher code to pass along to registrants. Each participant should register themselves using the provided code. This guide will walk you through the steps to redeem your voucher code.

Our virtual institutes are highly interactive and engaging. That being said, it is possible for a large group to gather together to participate. However, please keep in mind a few things:

-We encourage individual school counselors to have their own laptops so they can utilize the chat box when prompted or if they have a question

-The team will need to utilize the audio from only one computer (muting and turning off the sound for all other computers) to avoid echoes and poor sound quality for participants.

-We often utilize Zoom breakout rooms throughout our events so that attendees can collaborate. If your team is working together from one location, please let us know in advance so that we can plan accordingly.

-The New School Counselor Institute offers a choice of simultaneous sessions for participants. If individuals in your group would like to attend different sessions, we encourage them each to have their own laptops and headphones.

Hatching Results prides itself on our highly interactive and engaging virtual events. Our events are not typical “sit and get” webinars, and we will be asking participants to engage in conversations and activities throughout the sessions. If you have your camera on and are engaged throughout the event, it will be greatly appreciated; plus, you will walk away with more strategies, tools, and knowledge as a result.

While advanced technical skills are not required, you will find your experience to be more enjoyable if you know how to do a few things. For learning purposes, we have linked a few short videos to support you in growing your technical skills so that you can fully access our virtual events.

Hatching Results does not currently issue CEUs for our virtual events. However, we can provide a certificate of participation upon request that can be provided to your district or state to verify the number of hours of attendance at the professional learning event. If you would like to request a certificate of participation, please complete this form.

Hatching Results has not partnered with the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) or any other accrediting agency to offer CEUs or credits for our virtual institutes. Accordingly, we recommend checking with your state licensing board to determine whether the event meets your state’s guidelines for professional development/renewal credit/etc.

Our virtual events are not currently eligible for University credits.

Yes, Hatching Results has a unique partnership with the state of Washington and each of our virtual events are eligible for clock hours. Please review this document for more instructions on obtaining your clock hours if you are from the state of Washington.
