Lisa De Gregorio is the Director of Operations, National School Counseling Leadership Conference Coordinator, and Professional Development Specialist for Hatching Results. She spent more than six years at the Chicago Public Schools (CPS) district office as Lead K-8 Counselor. Lisa is the co-author of the text Hatching Results for Elementary School Counseling: Implementing Core Curriculum and Other Tier One Activities (2018).

Kirsten Perry is a Social-Emotional Learning Specialist for CPS serving 29 schools in the Englewood and Auburn-Gresham neighborhoods. She also serves as the President-Elect for the Illinois School Counselor Association (ISCA). Kirsten was named the National School Counselor of the Year by the American School Counselor Association (ASCA) in 2018 for her work at Lawndale Community Academy.
