PURCHASE ORDER PAYMENTS

Hatching Results is happy to accept payment by purchase order. Upon receipt of registration, an invoice will be created and sent to the ticket purchaser via email and/or postal mail. Send purchase orders by email to admin@hatchingresults.com or by fax to (888) 317-7602.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Requests for cancellation or transfer must be submitted in writing to admin@hatchingresults.com. Cancellation for refund requests submitted prior to February 10, 2020 will incur a $50 processing fee. Unfortunately, no refunds can be granted after this date. However, registrations are transferable. To submit a one-time registration transfer request, contact admin@hatchingresults.com by February 17, 2019.
