PURCHASE ORDER PAYMENTS
Hatching Results is happy to accept payment by purchase order. Upon receipt of registration, an invoice will be created and sent to the ticket purchaser via email and/or postal mail. Send purchase orders by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax to (888) 317-7602.
ALL registrations submitted are subject to the cancellation policy. Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to email@example.com by February 26, 2018. All cancellations will incur a $50 processing fee. No full refunds will be granted after February 26, 2018; no refunds for no-shows at the event will be given. However, registration is transferable to another colleague to avoid cancellation penalties. Submit one-time registration transfer requests to firstname.lastname@example.org by March 1, 2018.
