CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL registrations submitted are subject to the cancellation policy. Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to admin@hatchingresults.com by February 7, 2018. Cancellations will incur a $50 per person processing fee; no refunds for no-shows at the event will be given. However, registration is transferable to another colleague to avoid cancellation penalties. Submit one-time registration transfer requests to admin@hatchingresults.com by February 12, 2018.
